The Halifax Newcomer Choir was the first group of the Newcomer Choir Association. Launched in November of 2021, the group has grown to have more than 30 regular members. We have performed around Halifax Regional Municipality.
The Halifax Newcomer Choir meets Tuesdays from 6:00-8:00pm at St. Andrew’s United Church, 6036 Coburg Road, Halifax, NS. There is a bus stop on Coburg Road, in front of the church. Enter using the glass side door on Coburg Road.
Performing
The Halifax Newcomer Choir performs regularly at community events, long term care homes, and churches. To book the choir, please email newcomerchoirhfx@gmail.com.
